DEVELOPMENT FEASIBILITY

The Planning Partnership has extensive experience in developing planning frameworks to direct development for both municipalities and developers. The firm consistently undertakes planning and development analysis to examine potential options for the future use and redevelopment of specific sites. These exercises include analyzing planning applications in proximity to the subject site, developing conceptual design options that aim to reflect high-quality urban design based on a detailed analysis of applicable planning policies and regulations, and the consideration of other potential factors affecting redevelopment.

Deliverables include site analysis, background review, preparation of plans and 3D models to represent different height and density scenarios, as well as associated development statistics. In some cases, a broader approach is taken and a master plan is developed that includes adjacent lands to provide a long-term vision for development of the area.
