EAST FONTHILL

The Planning Partnership was retained to lead a team of consultants through a design process to prepare a community design and Secondary Plan for East Fonthill. The design was developed through a 3-day public workshop process where our team worked with municipal staff, landowners, interest groups and residents to prepare optional concepts and the preferred plan. The plan addressed the particularly sensitive interface conditions adjacent to existing neighbourhoods in the Town. The planning documents produced included Official Plan Amendments, an illustrated Zoning By-law, urban design guidelines and supporting transportation and engineering studies.
