Arthur Grabowski is an Associate Planner with over 8 years of experience in obtaining land use approvals, master planning, urban design, and project management for public and private sector planning clients across Ontario. Prior to joining the firm, Arthur has worked in the private sector as a land use planner in the GTA, and prior to that, worked for the City of Ottawa. Arthur holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning from Queens University, previously earning a Bachelor and Arts degree (with honours) from the University of Toronto.

Arthur is well versed in the management and coordination of applications including Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments, Site Plans, Consent and Minor Variance applications and has leveraged this experience in preparing municipal policy. Arthur regularly works on a range of large scale city-building projects at the firm, including the William Baker Neighbourhood, the Firgrove Master Plan and York University The Quad. Arthur is skilled at formulating effective community development strategies and policies, as well as developing implementing policy frameworks that support a success under evolving market conditions.

Arthur responds to each project with a strategic and analytical approach, and recognizes the unique context and sensitivity of each project. He is committed to creating great buildings, and sustainable urban neighbourhoods through innovative and progressive approaches. In his spare time, he is actively involved as a member of OPPI’s Toronto District Leadership Team and is an avid cyclist.
