Land Use Planner

Jacqueline Lee is a Planner with over 5 years of experience spanning across the public and private sectors. Prior to joining The Planning Partnership, she worked in consulting with a focus on large format commercial clients before moving into purpose-built rental real estate development. She most recently worked in municipal planning reviewing development applications for the City of Toronto. Jacqueline has a Bachelor of Environmental Studies, Honours Planning degree from the University of Waterloo.

The broad scope of experience has provided the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects from the due diligence and acquisition stage through to entitlement and permits. She has experience coordinating planning applications, including Consent and Minor Variance, Official Plan and Zoning By-Law Amendment, and Site Plan Control. She is interested in intensification projects that creatively respond to urban issues in proposing growth.

Jacqueline is passionate about community planning and thorough in understanding the nature of projects in their existing and planned contexts. She enjoys working with teams to problem solve and deliver projects that are interesting, sustainable, and inclusive.
